Wire Rope

A wire rope is a spiral wire bundle that combines mechanical properties and geometry. The wire rope consists of steel wire, rope core and grease. The wire rope is firstly made up of a multi-layer steel wire, and then the rope core is centered, and a certain number of strands are twisted into a spiral rope. Used in material handling machinery for lifting, towing, tensioning and carrying. The wire rope has high strength, light weight, stable work, and it is not easy to break the whole root and work reliably.

The force required to withstand alternating loads during the use of the wire rope is mainly determined by the mechanical properties of the steel wire, the surface condition of the steel wire and the structure of the steel wire rope. The steel wire material consists of carbon steel or stainless steel and is formed by cold or cold rolling. The cross section of the wire has a circular or irregular shape (T-type S-type Z). The profiled cross-section steel wire is mainly used for the production of sealed steel wire ropes, and has high tensile strength and toughness. Specific surface treatment of the steel wire to meet the needs of different environmental conditions.

TERADA Hardware's accessories are mainly used for connecting wire ropes. Different wire rope sizes are available in different product models. In cable railing, shade sail, tensile structure, lifting, yacht, outdoor facilities, rides, clothesline and many other fields, wire ropes are used to stretch and link. The cables railing hardware and shade sail fittings are mainly designed for wire ropes. Create a new art form and architectural structure through the perfect combination of hardware and wire rope.
